The past view weeks I have read many articles about death and listened to many dhamma talks about the Buddhist perspective of death and life.
Life is to prepare for death, but how do I do this ? With meditation ( maybe on death and the experience one could have when dying?). With listening to Dhamma talks about death ? Or studying the four noble truths? But how? And will I really get the answer? Will I be really free of fear of death? Why do I have this fear? Or is it only fear to die alone? Can one really prepare for death?

I am not depressed,in the contrary I am very happy and content with my life. But death is one thing nobody can run from and has to finally face one day and one should better prepare, that’s at least what I think and this is also confirm with the teachings of Buddha.
Life has a beginning, a middle and an end
Life is birth, aging and dying.

It has been an eventful past month for me and as I am now settled in my new hometown

As always it will be a get together of people who are already attuned to Reiki I or Reiki 2 and share experiences or exchange the many uses of Reiki.

Reiki Grade I

For all of you who would like to be able to give Reiki treatments to your family and friends or who simply want to support your own spiritual growth, I will be offering a Reiki 1 Workshop in July 2009.

In this 2 day workshop you will receive the Reiki attunements, you will learn chakra balancing techniques, the different basic hand positions to treat yourself and others, and the many uses of Reiki in everyday’s life. Plenty of time will be provided to practice Reiki on other students and on yourself.

At the end of the course you will receive a manual and a Certificate

The course will be held on Saturday/ Sunday from10:00 – 17:00 hrs. , however the exact date for the course is not decided yet, I will update this page as soon as I have set a date.
